Management and Administration

Jeanne Berry
Founder and Principal

With more than twenty years' experience in the management of high-profile corporate and private events, Jeanne has established RealTime Productions as the Pacific Northwest's premier event and project Management Company. She characteristically combines her expertise and creative talents to deliver highly memorable experiences - transforming warehouses into magical portals to adventure, ships into floating galas, and standard convention floor booths into compelling multi-media theatrical events. Throughout her career, Jeanne has served a wide variety of corporate and private clients including Microsoft Corporation, Vulcan Inc., Intel Corporation, T-Mobile, Alaska Airlines, Deborah Minor, and Paul Allen. She holds a degree in business from Brooks College in Long Beach, CA.

Personally... "In 1997, I started RealTime Productions because I believed in offering a creative approach to event production while providing the highest possible level of customer service to my clients. This level of dedication came from my mother, as she did everything in her power to provide me with the tools I needed to be successful growing up. Today, she is my hero, best friend and biggest supporter. When I'm not working I love to travel, visit with friends, and raise money and awareness for the Washington State Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. And I never leave home without my American Express card - a girl's gotta shop, right?"

Ceili Rian
Office Administrator

Prior to RealTime Productions, Ceili provided admin support in a number of industries including hospitality, retail, insurance, education, medicine, architecture, computer security, & telecom. Her curious nature propelled her to travel the world and study a wide range of subjects including Expressive Arts Therapy. With over 15 years of administrative experience, Ceili has developed strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to RTP. Since 2007 Ceili has volunteered for the King County Shelter as a cat caregiver & volunteers as a Soldier's Angel.

Personally... "I am decidedly a PNW girl! Raised on the West Coast (including Alaska), I call Washington my home. Although I traveled the world (including a year studying architecture in London) I returned to where I was born. When I'm not working I'm usually hanging with my big sis and her grown kids. My extended family is firmly rooted in the area, so we see a lot of each other! My favorite activities include movies, dinner with friends, reading & keeping my Zuma score up! I'm a secret fan of Starbucks mugs (I even have one my nephew brought back from Kuwait)"

Nancy Marshall
Finance Manager

Nancy has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for thirteen years. After working for both CPA firms and a publicly traded company, she decided that what she really enjoys are the challenges that managing the finances of a small business entails. Nancy has had an interesting career path, which included working both as a horse trainer and scuba diving instructor. She currently lives on five acres in the Snoqualmie Valley, with her husband, three cats, eight hens and a large organic vegetable garden.

Perrone is a graduate of University of Southern California with a degree in Cinema-Television.

Personally..."I was born in Indiana with Midwestern values, but raised in California with a love for the sunshine, ocean and mountains all minutes away. I started out as the first remote employee at RealTime Productions thinking my job was temporary and too good to be true. Fast forward 10 years later...I am still lucky enough to be managing the Southern California territory and loving every moment of my ever changing projects. I'm a Pisces and prefer to be near water any chance I get. My favorite things include laughing with my two amazing kids, running, dancing, traveling, dabbling in photography, reading cooking magazines and dreaming of the day I can make gourmet meals again. Mac and cheese is the household favorite for now."

Karin Weltman

Karin has an extensive background in managing conferences, trade shows and events that bring strong value to RealTime Productions. Her calm demeanor has kept her successful through many challenging events, such as Microsoft's annual company-wide meetings, multiple Professional Developer Conferences for 8,000+, the MIX Web conference for designers and developers since its inauguration, and tenting the Las Vegas Convention Center parking lot during the largest tradeshow in America. Personally... "I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and came out to Seattle to work for the Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk. I've been living in the Great Northwest ever since. When I'm not working, I'm usually hanging out with my daughter, friends and family, hiking, cooking, or traveling. My favorite places to visit are Italy, Ireland and Oregon's wine country and coast. I can watch the Food Network and HGTV all day long."

With former events experience on such major projects as the openings of Qwest Stadium and the Experience Music Project, she is diving right into work with both major corporate clients and individual private clients on projects large and small. As co-founder of RealTime, Kim was integral to all aspects of the company in addition to the logistics involved in large, corporate event management, such as the inaugural partnership on Microsoft's Professional Developers Conference. Prior to co-founding RealTime, Kim honed her sharp organizational tools and highly-dependable work style at Prestige Events and as an independent contractor before ultimately starting RealTime Productions.

Personally..."I am on committee with Young Life, a Christian-based organization that supports the wide array of youth who may not have a strong support network to guide them through their developing years. I grew up in Enumclaw and after living in Seattle for 14 years have moved back out to the country so my kids can be raised in a small town. The kids love living in the country where they see elk, deer, wild rabbits, owls, squirrels and of course a breathtaking view of Mt Rainier all in our backyard. I enjoy cooking and gardening when I'm not playing with my kids. I enjoy travelling internationally to see what else is out there and can't wait to share some of my favorite international destinations with my children. I'm a secret fan of the Chelsea Lately show which is highly inappropriate but really gives me a good laugh and keeps me up to date with all the "critical" info found in trashy mags." *Photo courtesy of Alan Alabastro

Personally..."Born and raised in Olympia, Washington, I spent the previous five years living in the Midwest. I am an avid baker - it's almost a therapy for me. I can't sit still so whenever I get a free minute, baking is one of my favorite go-to activities. I also enjoy running, snow skiing, water skiing, traveling and reading. I never leave home without a good book... you never know when you'll get stuck somewhere. As for food, I love anything Italian, although my favorite is, hands-down, Spaghetti alla Carbonara. Personally..."I love to run! When I moved to New York in 2006, I didn't know a lot of people. So, I decided make some new friends and train for, and run, the ING NYC Marathon with Team in Training. I wasn't much of a runner at all before that, and battled several injuries in the throughout the season, but I'm living proof that you can do anything if you just put your mind to it. Not only did I enjoy working with this vendor team, but partnering with these professionals was definitely a successful venture. The event went extremely well in which we surpassed the goals we had set out to accomplish. The Real Time Productions Team is professional, detailed, responsive, proactive, thorough and a terrific events planning company to partner with for success. Thank you RealTime Productions for working with myself and our teams!
